Muriel Hooley is Josh and Tom’s primary administrative assistant, handling appointment scheduling and assisting with client services and application preparation and processing.
Prior to joining NPA, Muriel worked as an office manager for a manufacturing representative for five years, and also has over 12 years of experience in retail establishments.
Muriel and her husband, William, have two daughters and a grandson. Muriel enjoys crossword and jigsaw puzzles in her spare time, as well as crafting, reading and gardening.
